Stressed and I discovered that I am without a medical cover as if 01/01/2026

I’m experiencing a huge problem with this new medical I’ve joined, Umvuzo at my place of work,it was suppose to kick start on the 01/01/2026,since I had an interrupted previous medical when I moved to this one.The problem is they are telling me about the waiting period of 3months,which they didn’t disclose when I’ve joined with them,and they’ve requested a previous membership certificate I provided it Via email but they don’t respond to my mails, and I’m stuck between a hard rock and a hard place. and they don’t care the mess they’ve put me in and the stress,
