Regret signing up with UMVUZO

Regret signing up with this medical aid they painted a beautiful picture of how great this medical aid is but my experience so far has been anything but great could've stayed with my previous medical aid. You will die with this medical aid I've been calling every day holding for consultant's more than 10 minutes and not getting thru leaving messages for them to call back but no one ever gets back to you sending emails but no reply or feedback I'm in pain but can't get help because of scheme exclusions apparently they dont cover anything to with the spine which is part of your body we weren't made aware of this before signing up now I have to suffer I can't wait for this year to be over for me too leave this medical aid before I'm paralyzed.
