I'm writing this with a heavy heart not knowing what to do anymore. I used my money to attend a Psychology last year December, I'm still waiting for my refund up untill today. I lost count on how many times I called and was told I would get my money that month. What am I paying medical aid fund for if I can't get my benefits? I have never used a **** medical aid like this one. I regret the day I took this medical aid scheme. No one ever came back to me after I complained about how I don't understand why is my daughter's benefits not kicking in immediately.This medical is useless for me,they just want to take money out of you.

The Medical aids are governed by the Council of Medical Schemes (CMS ), of which they have rules and the medical aids need to comply to those rules. At times these rules are not favourable to some members.
Regarding your refund, the claim is in process as per your call on 29 March 2023 and will be paid on our next payment run.
