Prescribed medication not paid
I strongly regret the day I decided to join this medical aid. i was admitted on the 9th of November for the procedure that the medical aid failed to authorize now they don't want to pay for my medication they told me I need an authorisation to claim for medication even if I have prescription from my specialist. Please dont join Umvuzo its a bad medical aid.
