Poor service and poor communication

I have been waiting for medicine refill since last year I have spoken to so many people in the medical promise but never delivered and don't communicate with me when you call they take to long to answer the phone I'm very unhappy about the bad treatment they are giving to me Lucas Baloyi 188590
