Poor medical aid service

I became a part of Umvuzo in October 2022, and my interaction with their services has been far from satisfactory. I've encountered conflicting guidance from them, and they consistently fail to handle claims promptly. The most distressing incident was when my son was subjected to a waiting period, despite his active medical aid coverage and a valid medical certificate. I now lament my decision to explore unfami**** options and realize the importance of relying on well-established alternatives. My son is currently with no medical aid coverage due to their ill advisory.
