Please call me/callback 1service not useful
The please call me.or callback option is not useful. I send to the number provided and get an automated response but no one ever calls. My medical aid was suspended due to an error between umvuzo and my employer. I received an email that the suspension was lifted but I am still not able to collect my chronic medication. I sent a please call me to Umvuzo for help to get my meds buy no response. What if I was sending the callback for an emergency? How would this service be of assistance with no one available to assist me as a member?

For all emergencies our members must please call our call centre numbers and if you are in need of emergency evacuation, our members can call 082 911.
