Patients will suffer if this service continues.
This medical aid is the first of it's kind in giving the worst service. Currently seeing their member who is still in hospital. You hold for a very long time for an operator and the person (when they eventually answer) sounds like they know nothing of what they are talking about. They request things that they are unable to clarify as to what exactly. Some claims are missing. They don't give the complete email to send the very documents they don't understand themselves.
It is very sad that we will unfortunately have to stop giving services to their members as we experience the worst service from them.
