Pathetic medical aid.
Since December 2022 I am struggling with the medical aid to pay the doctor who did my operation in September 2022. I keep on phoning them and every time they make empty promises. I must phone them every week just to hear we will pay the doctor on Thursday. Thursday come Thursday go and no payment was made. Then you phone again. We will pay on Monday blah blah blah. I am so tired of hearing their stories.
