Outstanding Service!

My name is Stanley Mahlangu, I have a niece who is a dependent member @ Umvuzo Health scheme. She was admitted in Hospital and there were invoices that were not settled by the scheme, and we ended up visiting the offices of Umvuzo health @ Pretoria on Lynwood Road.

We were assisted by Khutso who a team leader. Yeer! I have never seen so much passion and patience from a person. This gentleman is cut out for helping people. He went an extra mile of spending exactly 1h37m32sec with us going through our account to try and resolve the issues. He guided us on what to do on the outstanding invoices and assisted us on what he could where he had the capacity. He sorted other matters on the spot for us.

Khutso deserves a proper recognition by Umvuzo and this is the skill and talent that needs to be natured.
