I once had difficulty acquiring an auth, and I suppose I wasn't yet acquainted with the scheme process back then. However, in July, my dependent was hospitalized for over 5 days, and all claims, including X-rays and other specialists, were settled without any hassle. All claims were paid in full except for the ones where the provider was incorrect. I have to express how impressed I am; I've been with other medical aids for years and have never felt such peace of mind.
