Once again umvuzo failed to give prompt response .

After the last compliant a senior constlant by the name of Ignatius contacted me apologized and said he will investigate and get back to me at 3 he then contacted me to say that the op has been authorized which I been waiting for.3 months and he will email me the details saying it's been approved he said he will send it in a few mins ...24 hours later I am still waiting .....once again they fail to deliver good service.. .tried calling the call.centre been holding for 25 mins still no.consulant has assisted yet....seems like this medical.aid scheme is definitely not interested in helping customer....always making false promises
