Not taking customers seriously

A very frustrating medical scheme, they declined the operation procedure I was supposed to undergo in January, I've joined them since November last year, to date I still haven't received my medical aid cards, it gets very frustrating when one has to go visit the Dr.

If you have another option for a medical aid scheme please use it, this umvuzo is not user friendly and should actually be canceled, accessing a medical aid scheme shouldn't be this hard. Especially to members.
