Not paying claims

Umvuso Health promised to pay a claim a claim on the 15th of May and did not. When trying to contact them today, no answer and no response on my emails. Another claim was submitted in June 2020. They did not respond to that claim and when I followed with various emails, they said that the timeframe for submitting the claim had passed. Extremely poor service.
