Not happy with the service at all .

I got pre authorization for dental for my son . Just a day before procedure take place , the authorization was recalled . I tried to raise it with an independent body , to date no respond. My wife she developed Lipoma , she went to two different specialist to have it removed . Again the very same medial aid do not cover . It leaves a man with a questions ???. Recently I bought medication over the counter , the claim went through , then rejected again . You submit quotes , no reply ... YAAA NE
