Non payments,bad customer service Iv been arrested for umvuzo

I urge for further assistance on this matter
I am Lebohang Mathabathe have been a member with Umvuzo Medical aid since 2016.
In 2017 I experienced a problem with the medical aid not wanting to pay the doctors nor hospitalization fees .I have countlessly tried to resolve the matter with no win to an extent that I have been arrested and summoned to court but still they are sending me from pillar to post.
Can you please assist me further on this matter
