My husband was forced to be discharged from hospital without a diagnosis.

I feel this Health Medical Scheme is a ****, on the 24th Dec 2023 my husband went to Dr SK Matseke memorial hospital, he was feeling a severe pain on his left hip, he was admitted on the very same afternoon. The 1st Dr that saw after his admission referred him to a specialist just few days after he was admitted. Then that specialist Dr suggest an MRI, we waited for the medical aid authorisation since then, while my husband was still suffering from the pain , all he was give from day one was just pain killers. Then 12 days later the hospital said to him they have to discharge him because the Medical aid had declined everything without a proper explanation.Even the medication that was prescribed to him he had to pay them cash. He is still is a very severe pain on his left hip and medical aid doesn't care, he has been with them for 3 years and this was the 1st hospitalization ever but they declined to help him. I'm beyond disappointed 😞 My question to them is what now, who is going to pay the hospital bill while he was discharged without diagnosis? And he is still in pain, are they waiting for him to die? Them explain themselves afterwards? Will I be interested to listen to them? Someone please say something my husband is I'm pain 😢

When the medical scheme says "please expect a call from our team shortly to discuss the next steps and provide assistance" I'm failing to understand why am I not receiving that call same day. My husband is sitting here taking painkillers that are not even helping him. While waiting for a call of assistance, this is really disappointing and hurting 😞
