MVUSO NOT A MEDICAL AID
We have been through 2 spinal programme applications and both declined both times they dont give a reason just declined busy with the ambudsman now regarding this as ive lost my job because of that i can get a new job as my back is still a problem. They are absolutely pathetic.

09 Dec 2025, 11:15Firstly my name is Frederik. Get the basics right. But then why if you were going to decline my procesure did you put me through all the tests etc to get the spinal programme. Thats just your way of wasting time and neglecting your responsibility. We pay a hell of a lot of money for this **** of a medical aid. But believe you me we are moving on from you and putting you in the rear view mirror and believe you me i will let everybody who listens know that you are THE worst medical aid that there currently are. And i will on a weekly basis put your poor service on helopeter.
