Much needed surgery claim declined

This is the worst medical aid ever, only after needing surgery they informed us that the type of surgery is excluded from the whole scheme! The list of exclusions is quite big especially for minimal invasive surgeries which have less risks than open surgeries and better recovery for patients. They would not even consider paying a percentage, just out right declined. Umvuzo has lost us as clients. Thank you for nothing useless "medical aid" we will definitely be changing to better medical aid.
