MRI Authorization

I am very disappointed with umvuzo, on their extreme option broucher they state covering spine with certain amount and 3 MRI scan however just to get an MRI Authorization it's difficult, they require so many things of which some of them they do not even cover, I did all the xrays, blood tests and submitted the spinal forms however they have required other xray, neuro deficit report and physio report, even though the neurologist has written a motivation regarding the MRI its not enough, I waited 3 weeks to get a feed back for Authorization and i was the one alwys making a follow up all the waiting went in vain because I still have to submit other required documents, How will the specialist give a diagnosis if its a struggle to get a MRI scan, if the spinal treatment is excluded why is it mentioned on your broucher. Me and my partner will have to consider leaving umvuzo to another medical aid scheme
