medical problems

Good even, my name is mm mo***eng,am really not happy with the service i get from the medical aid(umvuzo). since january this year every month my medical aid get suspended. in march i couldnt get my chronic medicine but i pay full amount every month. now & thn before i use medical aid i have to make a call to call center you can imagine the airtime am using to call because i have to wait on line before i get answered and now tired please assist. today again i went to get my medication at the pharmacy my meical aid is suspended. i called call center until i ran out of airtime. i called the other lady *** number but her computer was offline. i dont know what to do now .i couldnt get my chronic medication again.(member no;162430)
