Medical Card taking 5 months to be delivered
I joined umvuso in October 2021 to date i haven't received my medical aid card.I see a lot of reviews about not getting their cards. I have called them several times and i'm told they gave my card to my HR, I don't pay HR i pay you.Send the card to me straight like other medical aids.Some pharmacy doesn't help us without the card. If i had a choice i would dump this medical aid.Even on their website you don't find network doctors.Its really bad.
