Lwando Roji is great at his job!

I would like to voice what a great job Lwando Roji from the Umvuzo Health Authorization department is doing. He is extremely informative, helpful, advises you accordingly and ensures to get the necessary information needed. I have dealt with him on two occasion and he has been the only if not the best consultant to deal with. He also manages to calm down a frustrated client. We need more people like him when dealing with people.
