Lousy Service from Umvuzo

I'm very disappointed by Umvuzo Medical Aid. I just fell ill now and I've been rushed to the doctor and the doctor's receptionist wanted to comfirm my benefit and the lady over the phone told that her HR had knock off and there's nothing they can do and I had to go home and come tomorrow. Please advise how am I in this condition supposed to go home and come back tomorrow. This is why people end up cancel these small medical aid schemes because of the lousy service just because it's festive my health is supposed to pause because someone lousy HR Manager couldn't find the time to train this lousy call center agent or whatever they are to assist any incoming urgent calls. I've been on Umvuzo for 3 full year and I've never encountered such bs and stupidity from a weak minded individual. Umvuzo needs to thoroughly train these people because you can be competing with the likes of Discovery Medical Aid Scheme and be acting like you are running a ****a shop. Fix your house ASAP before I jump ship
