Let us be like Nelson!

Today I want to applaud NELSON MWALE from Umvuzo Health medical scheme. I work at an optometric practice with medical aids daily and Nelson was a breath of fresh air a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. From the very first moment he spoke to me on the phone he was professional, friendly and more than happy to assist me. He gave me his personal email address and phoned me back three times that day to confirm and keep me up to date with his progress. Claims that I struggled with for months was sorted and submitted for payment that same day. He promised me payment on these claims in a week's time. In seven days I received a remittance and two days later the payment. That is what I call proud workmanship which these days are hard to find. I wish everyone can have work ethic like Nelson Mwale. The company can be very proud of him. Let us all be a Nelson every day. Well Done!!
