Left with a sick child and a unpaid bill

This medical aid deducted our account on the 25th and the 30th but never paid our hospital bill that they approved . They never pick up the phone u hold for 30min or more . The consultants agave attitude we never got helped . They just don’t care . They left us with a bill unpaid and a sick child who couldn’t finish treatment.
