Incompetence,Poor Service

One of the Medical aids with the poorest services , they never get back to you , but instead you have to run after them to check if they resolved your query...M even planning on cancelling because wow our health are just at risk with them is hard for me to have peace not knowing if they have already settled my bill at KH hospital for Dr Iiyambo...Is like their consultant are not fit and proper I something wonder if they do have the right qualifications shuu...One time I was turned back at theatre because of their incompetence whuu there's just a lot I can say about them...Never been happy with them they should pull up their socks before someone loses their life waiting for them to authorise your doctor visits or hospital care 😔😔
