I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Client Service Consultant, Lydia Tibane. She was professional, friendly, and eager to help. She went out of her way to resolve the query I had. Lydia has a strong work ethic and was willing to help me, even at a time that may not have been the most convenient, and her efforts have not gone unnoticed.
