Heart patient having to struggle with chronic medication

I'm a heart patient and since my diagnosis in September 2021 I have been getting bills from service providers for non payment by umvuzo health, each time the decline payment they quote reason code 41, all documents and requests to be put on chronic medication was sent from the doctors room, I have logged queries and no one is responding to my emails, member number:182379
