Since I became a member of Umvuzo Health Medical Scheme, this is the first time I called the call centre and found someone who knows what they are doing. Ms Livhuwani Mukondeleli knows her job and was so helpful to me. She was very patient in explaining the processes related to my query. She has made my day. I appreciate her demeanour.
