I would like to appreciate Mr. Xolela Nosana, a customer service agent who is so helpful and does it with ease.

I am overall happy with the scheme, especially with the app where I can have consultations with a medical practitioner at the comfort of my home. This has made life so easy for me as I can get my prescriptions and sick certificate after consultation on the app. There is room for development regarding how the scheme operates especially with hospital admission pre-authorizations and MRI scans authorizations.
