GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from NELSON MWALE
I truly can't say enough good things about Nelson Mwale and the amazing customer service he provided me. Despite initially giving up on my claim query from last year August, I decided to give it another go this year and I'm so glad I did. Nelson was so diligent and determined to help me resolve the issue, going above and beyond to ensure that I received my payment as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful for his help!
