Frustrated with UMVUZO Health: refusal to pay for claim

I am a member of Umvuzo Health on ULTRA AFFORDABLE option. Last year I received authorization to be hospitalized for PTSD. And after 21 days I was discharged and the doctor is treating me as an outpatient. I was disturbed when I received a bill from the doctor indicating that I owe them R3000 for consultations that the scheme is refusing to pay. Upon calling the scheme, they said I need to get authorization every time I have to see the doctor that was treating me in hospital. To make matters worse is that I have to first every time I have to first visit the GP and then the GP has to right a referal letter to see the specialist and then send a the referral letter to Umvuzo to request an authorization to see the specialist. Umvuzo have it on their records that I am on chronic medication but still want me to go via this route. To make matters worse is their refusal to pay consultation for the doctor whom they have an record that he is the one who was treating me in hospital and have to still continue seeing him as I am still taking anti depressants.
