Extremely bad service from Umvuzo authorization department...
They dont even deserve a star,aa they keep on making empty promises to call me back but they never do. I have been using my airtime for the past 2weeks to contact them,the authorization department is really useless, I spoke to several people with regards to this ,but only Kelebogile tried to assist,the rest were just rude /dont even know their jobs and made empty promises to call me back and they never did.

Worst medical aid ever when it comes to paying for procedures, yet every month its nice when you debit our accounts.
You can't be sending an sms with Declined request but dont even explain why is it Declined.
You always promise to call member back but you never do,I have been calling since the 8th of January until today and I am always promised to be contacted back,but they NEVER do,even their team manager or supervisor is just like the consultants, bad service
