DONT USE UMVUZO MEDICAL AID

WORST EVER MEDICAL AID when it comes to approve authorization for an operation. The medical aid is ok until you must go for an operation then this is where the poor service starts. I was supposed to go for an operation on the 3 December 2025. The operation was postponed because the medical aid took their time to approve the authorization number. They requested more test. I told them I am not in the same town as my specialist. Now with the PEOPLE SITTING AT THE MEDICAL AID THAT HAS MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN A DOCTOR OR SPECIALIST couldn't even told me that the blood banks keep some of the blood or monster samples for 14 days for incase there is more tests required or info needed. My operation is now on the 17 December 2025 and still no authorization number. I must still book my bed and the theater, then you get a PERSON at UMVUZO MIDECAL AID by the name NATHI who will tell you your operation is not URGENT. I dont give a flying F%$#&^ if my operation is urgent or not I want my stuff in place and arrange in advance not two or three days before I must go for the operation. I am walking with pain since April because I knew what was waiting for me and the challenges that I must face to get authorization. Palisa dropped the phone on me yes because i was shouting at her but really Umvuzo you are not higher learned or more experience than the doctors or specialists. And I will never just let someone operates on me but go back on my records and history and you will see that I am struggling and have issues with my woman parts. And since April this year I am walking with pain because I didn't want to go through what I am going through now.
