Doesn’t want to pay for prescribed medication .

This is the worst medical I’ve came across. I was admitted to the hospital and the doctor prescribed medication for me to acquire at the pharmacy. But Umvuzo declined to pay for the prescription. Then I went to another pharmacy and tried to acquire the same medication using over the counter benefit and Umvuzo paid from over the counter benefit. 😳😳That’s the reason I moved away from this medical aid at the end of December 2023. I was on the Supreme Option.
