DO NOT JOIN THIS MEDICAL AID
Umvuzo health does not do any of the things they promised. The number for Client Services on their website does not exist. They are unreachable at a time of need. At times I ask myself if the medical aid scheme is legit. The consultants make promises they never keep. The 24 hour line is always experiencing high caller volumes. You have to be registered on some warpspeed system to access vital informatikn like GO network. This system is erroneous and unhelpful. Do not get trapped here. It does not matter which option you took. You will be on your own, and they will not pay for anything, at all.
