Disappointment

Worst experience ever, today I went to the pediatrician as my daughter isn't feeling fine. He gave me a prescription well knowing that she's covered with umvuzo medical aid went straight to pharmacy hoping they can help me. I was so disappointed when I got there they told me my consultation with the Dr wasn't authorized so I can't get her all the meds she needed. We had to call and ask for authorization but no one picked up the phone. I had to pay from my pocket yet I have the medical aid I pay for monthly. I even regret why I took this medical scheme it's just the waste of money and time.
