Dentist Authorization Declined

My 4 year old has to get fillings and the dentist for obvious reasons sent umvuzo a motivation letter why the child needs to go to theater for this procedure. Umvuzo was very quick to decline the authorization stating that their policy states that a 4 year old can old be approved in theathre if it's 2 teeth and more being extracted and nothing less than 2 teeth extraction. I've take the Extreme Option thinking that it would work better for me and my children, I'm paying a ton of money to these people for them to say this to me today but on their pamphlets they fail to mention this senseless policy..

Does this person or board that wrote this policy really expect children below the age of 12 to sit in a dentist's room while their teeth are being filled or extracted, they don't even sit still while they're being washed, how in the hell would you expect a freakin 4 year to sit still while that is being done????? Do these policy makers have kids or go to dentists themselves because as an adult you're yourself extremely uncomfortable!!!! What the hell??!!!

What this medical aid is telling me is that they only want to make a quick buck out of us because they don't care that my child won't cooperate with the dentist, it's a ****en child for God's sake, they say it's ok for the dentist to do a sloppy job on my kid, it's ok for my kid to be hurt by the dentist's tools because she won't sit still, it's ok for the dentist not to make money for the day because he/she has to spent a lot of time struggling with my child that they won't approve for theathre because their senseless policy says so....

I would not recommend them to anyone, stay away! It's clear their goal is money, wish I had not left Bonitas thinking I'd get better benefits here, I've never ever had such struggles with them
