Declined Authorization
So disappointed in Umvuzo Health Medical Scheme. I'm still struggling to get my authorization. You hold forever on the line and still not get help. I don't know what to do anymore ,I'm frustrated.

04 May 2021, 10:32I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my matter to be resolved and I'm still waiting for "clinical consultant" to call me. Honestly this is the useless medical aid I have ever had . You don't care about people 's health.
