It has been 5 months now, I have been trying to get a refund for vaccinations for my daughter. I submitted receipts, but they said they could not pay on receipts, they needed invoices.

I got them invoices butt hey do not want to pay, I must now have proof of payment for the medical costs. In all the emails I sent to this company, I had to make follow-up calls and emails before I even got a response back.

I pay close to 120k annually to receive this F**K up service.
