Complaint to Umvuzo Health

So far my experience with Umvuzo Health has been really horrible, with their Extreme Option I still have to stress about them not paying out claims from doctors I have visited. After a whole month they haven’t paid a claim for my spectacles, they delay payment, they take too long to assist you on the phone, their agents sell fantasies. If I could I would give them no star at all. My money going to waste.
