Complaining about umvuzo medical aid

I was disappointed by Useless umvuzo medical aid as a patient i went to dr (Gp) he referred me to the Neurosurgeon and this one referred me to do (MRI) and Umvuzo refused to pay i became a joke at the Dr's place because Umvuzo needed things that i don't know and they even refused to explain to me. I wish this Useless umvuzo must be replaced by better medical aid. I regret of being their member
