This is the worst medical aid , I have waited for about 2 hours at Dr Stander in Polokwane , waiting for conformation, calls are not going through due to your forever busy line, nobody is going to stay on the line for hours waiting for your workers to pick up the phone , whereas she is busy with her other duties and patients. Please change your confirmation strategy because we the one you are using is useless.
