Claim not paid by Umvuzo Medical Aid

I submitted my claim at the beginning of July, and we are now in mid-August with no payment. Every time I call, I’m told there is a backlog, but no one can provide a clear timeline for when my claim will be processed.

This delay is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I am starting to feel that joining this medical aid may have been one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. Prompt service and efficient communication are essential in healthcare, and sadly, I have not experienced either.
