Cancelled theatre procedure

The worst medical aid ecmver they never available on calls , WhatsApp is worse ..Today was cancelled from theatre because the wrongfully authorised my admission for hospital was supposed to do laparoscopic sterilization, I called them sent through doctor codes , universal form from GP they then authorised everything but suddenly today as I was in theatre while the hospital wanted them to activate everything they said no they not gonna pay, when I call the call centre Moses magenta the consultant could not help me , even on WhatsApp ignitious Sithole left hanging you guys just put my life at risk today...Your consultants are not professional and don't have any sense of agency....even now m calling to find a way forward no response, WhatsApp offline ....
