Bad service , worse Nightmare on chronic cover

Umvuzo call centre has no clear call centre numbers & authorisation are a **** as you must co-pay for everything a pharmacy dispatches , called them for my chronic medication authorisation and it's call centre agent to call centre agent with no clear authorisation methods for chronic medication, they give you worse generic drugs worse than public service clinics. Claims Payment is a mission, urgently wish to change to Discovery even though they are not good but much better than this Umvuzo Health that have no directions. You killing the scheme before it even takes off with bad bad service
