Bad Service by Umvuzo Health Medical Scheme

Extremely bad customer service, I would not recommend Umvuzo medical aid to Anyone. I nearly died on the hospital emergency room waiting for the so called Authorization while the Dr told them I might be bleeding internally and I had severe pain, I waited for 6 hrs for the Authorization. Their Customer service is very bad, no assistance at all. They even dropped the calls on me. Yoh it's bad.
