Bad service

<div>I am absolutely shocked, better yet, repulsed by the service I have received from Umvuzo. For years I have been paying my medical aid in good faith for the piece of mind that my health issues will be taken care of in times of need. I was sorely mistaken. I have in this past week, wasted hours of running around from one doctor to another for motivational letters and unecessary tests just to get authorisation for my surgical procedure. I have been sent from pillar to post spoken to half the call centre staff on various departments, and even thou I have submitted all the additional documents they required, I have still not been assisted. My patience has thoroughly been tested, and I am one very disappointed and dissatisfied customer..</div>
