Bad customer service and bad service

Umvuzo customer service is very poor I don't care attitude not answering calls when answering they transfer you where there's no answer

They decided to suspend my medical aid for no reason I have been waiting for the medicine from my pharmacy since 8am till now this is very bad I called and called?? They are operating like a ****a shop this is very unprofessional
